Al HiscoxThe bike is a 1983 750 with not too many mods. There's a Works Performance shock on the rear, Race Tech springs and Cartridge Emulators up front, Goodridge teflon lines on all the brakes, Ferodo pads, and Michelin tires. I recently went back to the stock exhaust, as the Supertrapp shown in the photo was dragging. A Dynojet Stage 3 jet kit mixes the fuel and the motor inhales through K&N pod filters. I've geared the rear with a 46-tooth sprocket from a turbo to lug my 275lb.(!) butt around. The bike is competetive in the AFM's Super Dinosaur class, taking 4th place overall last season, and currently sitting in 3rd place. |
